Senior Product Designer (m/f/x)

As a Senior Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to get involved in many different aspects of the product. You will help multiple teams in a stream, work with and mentor designers, work conceptually, and hands-on, collaborating with the engineering team to deliver a great product. You should be a true team player, a great communicator that’s eager to grow a team, and have a passion for building products that our users love.
How you will contribute
- Work in one or more of the cross-functional teams in the Talent (B2C) or Company (B2B) value streams.
- Build the product as a whole from concept to delivery with your team
- Live a culture of learning and feedback
- Help implement a component-based design with the engineering team
- Support the product team hands-on with: conceptual design, research, prototyping, usability testing, UI/UX design
- Gather and evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with customers, product managers, and engineers
- Help to grow the design team by applying the best practices
Who you are
- Relevant experience as a product designer in a successful user-centric environment
- Experience in designing for web, desktop, and mobile
- Great communicator that can easily explain ideas and engage people
- Passion for mentoring and growing other designers
- Empathy and understanding of other disciplines in and around the product
