Front-End Dev w/Design Sensibility

We are looking for someone to collaborate with a UX design creating screens in Invision and Adobe XD for a web app that helps apply a kind of AI called reinforcement learning to simulations. Our initial and acute need is for someone who has an eye for design to help us with CSS styling and formatting, and longer term to take on Web development with more complexity and scope.
