Producer

• Define, create and manage a detailed schedule promoting efficiency and team velocity 
• Manage the complete lifecycle of a project ensuring it completes on-scope, on-time and on-budget. 
• Drive communications via regular status meetings, key milestone reviews and ad-hoc meetings and project escalations as needed  
• Establish clear and enforceable governance & change management processes 
• Manage incoming creative brief process and ensure the information provided / what is still needed to plan for creative project. 
• Lead meetings with marketing team to align project needs, priorities, workloads for creative / visuals team  
• Ensure that all projects meet accepted best practices in usability and digital design and support agency developed branding and strategic initiatives  
• Maintain up to date and accurate, status and updates

 Must Have - "Agency experience"

• 3-5+ years of experience managing software development projects 
•  Proven, successful Agile Scrum experience 
• Consulting services experience and, or, significant external partner/client management experience  
• Proven, large-scale development program management experience; 
• Proven understanding and application of best practice project management principles 
• Comfortable performing and facilitating all Scrum Ceremonies 
• Understanding of UX design and software development process, methods and rationale
