You will become part of a growing tech-team at Durstexpress working to deliver the best in class solutions for our customers and employees. Your Future
- Lead UX for our Durstexpress Headquarter
- Create and optimise processes that ensure the effective and efficient delivery of high-quality products
- Help building up our design system with standard components that convey the look and feel of Durstexpress
- Support the team in every situation
- As a Team Lead of UX Design, you will shape the quality and success of our product
- working closely with our Engineers, Product Owners and
- Business stakeholders
- Develop and search for new ideas and decide if they are helpful and help us to move forward
- Evangelise exceptional design across the company
Your Strenghts
- You have several years of UX/UI experience with user research, concept development, prototyping and testing and support of the implementation
- You are able to inspire and guide your team
- You feel comfortable presenting your work and ideas to colleagues and stakeholders
- Profound experience in both (mobile) website and app development with a high-fidelity portfolio
- You communicate effectively and persuasively convey product and design solutions
- Passion for excellent user experiences
- You are fluent in English and German
As a plus:
- University degree in communication design, media design or similar
- Process model experience e.g. Scrum, Kanban
