About Us: We are a forward-thinking Health Tech Start-Up dedicated to empowering therapists to establish and manage their own practices, offering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Our responsive web application is central to our mission, and we are excited to enhance it further.
Project Overview: We are seeking a skilled freelance UX Designer to expand our platform by designing a new onboarding flow. This project includes 17 screens aimed at streamlining the process for therapists to create and manage their own practices. Your work will directly influence the efficiency and success of our therapists' onboarding experience.
Responsibilities:
Design a seamless and user-friendly onboarding flow consisting of 17 screens using Figma.
Collaborate with our development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

Respond to feedback constructively and refine designs as needed.
Maintain consistency with our existing design language while introducing innovative solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
Ability to understand and empathize with the needs of therapists and their clients.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in designing for web applications, preferably in the healthcare or tech industry.
