Product Designer [REMOTE]

In order to grasp the scale of problems we face, ideally you have some exposure to Logistics, FinTech, Transportation, Insurance, Media or other complex multifactor industries.
What you’ll do:
- Create high quality design solutions from concept to production – from concept to wireframe, to mockup/prototype, to production
- Design user flows, interaction, and pixels to turn complex data and content into simple and intuitive experiences
- Work closely with development team to ensure technical feasibility of design
- Confidently communicate daily with clients to understand and deliver requirements
- Manage your own workflow to meet the deadlines which you will have set with your team to ensure success
What is Required:
- 5 years experience developing digital products across a variety of mediums, including web and mobile
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or related design field (or applicable experience)
- You understand good UX and good UI and what that means and love to create successful designs (that delights customers)
- You have participated in the full design cycle to deliver world class, pixel perfect designs.
- Strong communicator and fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the agile software development process
- Excited by ambiguity and rapid changes common in early-stage product development
