Experienced UX/UI Designer

Introduction:

At Lasso, we're working towards a world where IT infrastructure will be managed by autonomous AI agents. It’s an ambitious vision and we have a long way to go. To take the first step we are starting by augmenting the process of issue diagnosis with an AI agent. We're excited to invite an experienced UX/UI designer to join us on a short-term project to bring our concept to reality.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual who can transform basic wireframes into a high-quality UI design for our Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This MVP includes a user onboarding flow, main investigation screen, end of investigation screen, and root cause analysis report screen.

Your Role:

  • Work from UX wireframes and a working prototype to develop detailed UX and UI designs (Figma).

  • Adhere to brand guidelines to maintain consistency in visual design.

  • Collaborate closely with a product designer, brand strategist, and web developer.

What We Expect from You:

  • Expertise in translating low-fidelity wireframes into detailed UI designs.

  • Proactiveness in seeking clarifications so you can work effectively and independently.

  • Strong visual design skills, with an emphasis on UX/UI best practices.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and feedback integration.

  • Ability to work iteratively and incorporate feedback into designs.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience designing developer/software engineering tools.

  • Experience in creating interfaces for AI-powered tools.

Practicalities:

  • Timing: The project starts on November 20th, with the goal to complete the UI design within 3 weeks. The final (4th) week before our December 15th launch is reserved for adjustments and fine-tuning.

  • Remote Work Across Timezones: As a globally distributed team (San Francisco, Amsterdam, Singapore), flexibility is key. Primary collaboration will be with the Amsterdam team, but occasional calls with other time zones may be required. Rest assured, middle-of-the-night work isn't expected!

Application Process:

As mentioned, we are in the process of preparing our public launch. This is why you'll not find a flashy website, or much information about us online. If you are interested in the job, please reach out to marta@runlasso.com - send us a link to your portfolio and a brief intro which explains why you think you are a good fit for us.

Looking forward to hear from you.
