Job Title: Creative Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Creative Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Creative Specialist, your primary functions will involve graphic design, video editing, and web design using WordPress websites with the Elementor Plugin. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PowerPoint and/or Canva, possess a keen eye for detail, and have a passion for creating visually appealing content. You will work off a set of strategic brand guidelines and design with conversion in mind.
Visual Content Creation: Produce eye-catching and engaging visual content for various marketing materials, including social media posts, infographics, email campaigns, presentations, and more using Canva.
Branding: Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design materials and adhere to brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with content marketers, copywriters, and other team members to translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing graphics.
Creativity: Continuously explore new design trends and creative approaches to make our clients' brands stand out.
Enhance videos for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, tutorials, and social media platforms.
Add graphics, animations, effects, and transitions to videos to create a captivating viewing experience.
Web Design (WordPress with Elementor Plugin)
Design and Build Landing Pages: Create and design effective and user-friendly landing pages that align with client goals and conversion objectives.
Develop responsive web layouts that provide an optimal user experience across different devices.
Integrate multimedia elements, such as images, videos, and animations, to enhance the website's visual appeal.
Conversion Optimization: Implement best practices in landing page design to maximize conversions and user engagement.
A/B Testing: Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct A/B tests on landing pages to improve performance.
Responsive Design: Ensure landing pages are mobile-responsive and provide a seamless experience across devices.
Analytics: Monitor and analyze landing page performance using tools like Google Analytics and make data-driven design decisions.
Generate innovative ideas and concepts for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including blog posts, social media graphics, and email newsletters.
Ensure all content is visually appealing, well-structured, and aligns with the brand guidelines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development.
Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Creative Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing direction, and web design skills.
Experience in designing and building effective landing pages that drive conversions.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design software.
Design skills using PowerPoint is a plus.
Strong knowledge of WordPress and experience with the Elementor Plugin.
Familiarity with Unbounce page builder is a plus.
Solid understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), lead capture and conversion and responsive design is a must.
Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and composition.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with social media platforms and what works best on each platform.
Knowledge of analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique ideas within a set of brand guidelines.
Excellent project management skills. Experience with Monday.com is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
It’s a major advantage if you have any familiarity with Keap marketing automation software.
