Product Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our remote team and work with us to deliver the best experiences for our members.

At Feeld we are on a mission to normalise sexuality. We are building an inclusive, human-centred product welcoming people in relationships or not to meet likeminded others.

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our small but growing Product team. You will be responsible for leading the direction our product design takes, in keeping with our visual identity. You are someone who has strong system thinking, and the ability to find and play with the balance between usability and aesthetics. You have passion and love for user experience, seeking answers and feedback by prototyping, interviewing or simply observing. You understand the value of beautiful and emotive UI and the way small details make the big difference. We expect you to propose solutions from sketch to final design with meticulously crafted elements and animations.

As Feeld is a fully remote organisation, a strong will to collaborate alongside the ability to self-manage and work independently is essential for this role. You will happily team up with our experience, research, support, design team members to craft our product in ways that make it a pleasure to use and enables our community to explore and meet. You are a self-starter and team player, curious about new and innovative solutions and comfortable with industry standards. You will be passionate about our customers and about engaging with their opinions and feedback. You easily switch between softwares, learning new tools on the go; setting up and updating design systems for growing our product efficiently would give you a kick. Understanding the breadth of the product will come naturally to you, and you'd be curious to gather and observe opinions and needs from the organisation as well as our users.

• 3+ years of experience in the field
• Experience working on mobile-only products
• Interest in working on various platform products
• Experience working in a small team
• Understand the importance of user feedback
• Ability to create beautiful designs without compromising usability
• Experience and passion for animations in digital products
• Preference for rapid prototyping before execution
• Ability to self-direct and self-manage
• Preference for collaborative work
