Product Designer - Nutrition Industry
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Designer with a strong background in product design and a deep passion for their craft. This role requires someone who has played a crucial role in the success of previous companies and possesses a relentless drive to deliver outstanding user experiences. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process, gathering user feedback, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our product aligns with industry knowledge in nutrition.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end product design process, from ideation to execution
Create intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces and experiences
Gather user feedback and insights through user research, surveys, and interviews
Collaborate closely with nutritionists and domain experts to understand user needs
Work with cross-functional teams including engineers, marketers, and product managers to translate requirements into exceptional designs
Drive the design vision and strategy while considering business goals and user needs
Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate accordingly
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design practices
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Proven track record of success, having played a crucial role in the success of previous companies or projects
Passionate and obsessed with delivering outstanding design solutions
Deep industry knowledge in nutrition or related fields
Experience gathering user feedback and conducting user research
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of design excellence
Bonus:
Experience in the nutrition industry, working on products or services related to health and wellness
Familiarity with data-driven design methodologies and A/B testing
Understanding of front-end development technologies and constraints
