At Pigui, we are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to lead the UXR, UX, and UI design teams of our loyalty and rewards program solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual development and design strategy for our loyalty program solutions in the responsive desktop software and app.

• Conduct user research to understand their needs, behaviors, and preferences.

• Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs that reflect an intuitive and engaging user experience.

• Work closely with the development team to ensure effective implementation of the design.

• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and continuously improve the product experience.

• Establish and maintain design standards and style guidelines to ensure visual consistency across platforms.

• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate goals and requirements into effective design solutions.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in product design, UX, and UI.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer with a focus on visual development, UX research, and UI design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing skills in designing digital products and creating exceptional user experiences.

• Extensive knowledge and mastery of design and prototyping tools.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present and advocate for design decisions in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with teams located in Mexico, Colombia, Spain, and the United States.

• Strong leadership skills to create and lead teams, define profiles, roles, functions, activities, and tasks.

• Ability to dive into the details to understand problems, define solutions, and implement them with the team.

• Flexibility to coordinate and adapt to work schedules in different time zones, particularly those in Mexico.

• Demonstrated experience and a portfolio showcasing expertise in UXR (User Experience Research).

• Experience and portfolio showcasing the design of UI design systems, UX/UI dashboards, and UX/UI software for SaaS B2E, B2B, and B2C.

• Proven experience in handling UX cases and providing effective design solutions.

Needs:

1. Design of 9 advanced websites with the design and development teams.

2. Design of B2B software for a loyalty program targeting the American market, visible on desktops and tablets through browsers.

3. Design of B2C software for a rewards program targeting the American market, through an iOS and Android app.

4. Design of B2E software for an internal behavior analysis and analytics system, visible on desktops and tablets through browsers.

The offer:

The offer is for remote work initially on a 1-month trial basis.

If interest, proactivity, solutions, and results are observed, and affinity and compatibility are established between the teams, a contract will be offered to complete the aforementioned needs within a maximum of 4 months.

Subsequently, a retainer will be offered as a consultant to follow up and coordinate adjustments with the teams during the software development process.

A service agreement contract will be required.

Personal identification and location information will be required.

A confidentiality, privacy, and authorship agreement will be requested.
