About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Designer to join us on a permanent basis in our London office. You should have an eye for clean and artful design as well as interest for motion design. You will be able to learn from a team of more experienced designers.
Role specifics:
- Facilitating and contributing to the creation, adoption and improvement of design ‘patterns’ and their consistent deployment across all company outputs
- Shaping and defining the look and feel of the Monese experience both in browser, on mobile and in print
- Producing final design solutions (e.g. ads, banners)
- Pitching creative ideas that enhance projects
- Working with the Marketing design team to clearly present design ideas to various groups to help build a unified design and artistic direction
REQUIREMENTS
What we are looking for:
- Knowledge and experience of marketing and digital design
- Typography and composition skills
- Eye for detail and ability to put customer needs above complex design ideas
- Hands-on experience with software like Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects
- Understanding for various file formats to adapt numerous sizes and aspect ratios for social channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram and Google UAC)
- Passion for motion design (experience isn’t a must for this)
- Ability to take charge of your time and meet deadlines
- Fluent English skills
What we consider as a plus:
- 3D/C4D skills would be a bonus
- Flair for 2D/3D illustration
- Nice and approachable person with a sense of humour
