About the role: Marketing Designer, Prizeo (Los Angeles)
Prizeo is seeking a multidisciplinary designer who can take projects from concept to execution across a wide range of disciplines. This individual will be responsible for designing a variety of assets for each Prizeo campaign, including emails, landing pages, social media designs, banners, animations, gifs, digital ads, site graphics, iconography, illustration, and more. Motion graphic and video editing experience is a plus.

- Work on multiple projects in parallel while staying organized and meeting deadlines
- Have experience with marketing, advertising, user psychology, and conversion optimization best practices
- Are comfortable with ambiguity, unafraid of change, and are a proactive problem solver
- Operate with a high sense of urgency and enjoy operating in a fast pace environment.
- Know how to produce content quickly without sacrificing quality
- Able to manage multiple, simultaneous clients
Required:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a designer, ideally at a startup or agency
- Design experience at a B2C company
- Portfolio showing off your best work
- Deep understanding of how to apply elements of design, such as typography, layout, color, grids, and interaction to client provided digital assets
- Advanced Photoshop skills
- Mailchimp experience (bonus)
