Our graphic designers are responsible for the development and direction of creative deliverables for assigned projects. Working alongside our marketing and design team ensures their work successfully implements strategies to develop the client’s concept while adhering to branding guidelines. Our graphic designers balance creative thinking, interpersonal skills and client expectations to successfully translate concepts into functional design deliverables including marketing collateral, eCommunications, brand development, web design, press kits and more. Our graphic designers work with a diverse set of clients. Some projects will be exciting and new while others may be routine, but all will be important to achieve corporate and personal success.

This is a creative position within an agency setting, so experience providing high-quality, results-based deliverables on deadlines is critical. Flexibility in adapting your creative vision to meet corporate and client needs is also very important.

Specific Skills

  • BA in Graphic Design, or related experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience, or equivalent, in a professional services environment, with graphic design as a primary responsibility

  • Mastery of the Creative Adobe Suite as well as HTML and CSS

  • Understanding of how to prepare final deliverables for print and web

  • Strong visual portfolio with flexibility in your creativity/design style for diverse clients

  • Ability to produce results independently as well as collaboratively in a team and fast-paced environment

  • Excellent oral, written, and visual communication and presentation skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster client relationships, maintain a positive attitude and participate in group meetings.

  • Basic proofreading and editing skills sufficient to spot typos, suggest appropriate ways to shorten headlines or add subheads, captions and pull quotes

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple simultaneous projects with specific deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills to work in a system that is fluid for all our designers to manage

  • Flexibility and adaptability to a variety of additional tasks and duties as assigned

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Basic knowledge of primary agency functions, such as marketing, P.R., advertising and social media

  • Ability to take photos is a huge plus (food, restaurants, etc..)
