Lead / Sr Designer
Introduction
Frappe is a software product company and publisher of ERPNext, one of the world's top Open Source ERP products. We are team of 40 people (20 engineers + 20 consultants) based in Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore, with remote / result oriented work culture.
In the past, we have worked with external design firms but have a need for a full time creative graphic / UI / UX designer. Our core product is a web based ERP, https://erpnext.com that is used by more than 5000 companies worldwide.
The job would be to be a part of multiple design projects and help various internal teams with their design needs.
The kind of projects we have:
- Ongoing product UI / UX refactoring
- UI / UX design for new features
- UI / UX for new products
- Web design for our web assets
- Web design for feature pages
- Design for marketing assets / merchandise
Skills required
- Graphic Design
- Sketch / Figma
- HTML / CSS (preferred)
- Basic illustrations (optional)
Our Taste / Preferences
Our design and taste is inspired from Apple and we look to create experiences that are inspired, minimal, clear and complete. We are not fans of Material Design and other animation heavy UI.
Pay Scale
Rs 10-20 lakh per year based on skill / experience
