Graphic Designer/Art Director

The Team
Our growing branding & marketing team is looking to add an experienced hands-on art director capable of leading, executing and acting as client interface as needed on a variety of project types.
We’re an up-and-coming creative force in the DFW market, leveraging our personal approach to client relations and the consumer experience to build relationships with big-brand clients. We've doubled our billings over the last 12 months and we’re just getting started. Come grow with us!
The Job
We're small but mighty, lead by more than 40 collective years experience in marketing, brand development, design, and account & business management. We lean into the B2B space and product launch/branding – but we do love an underdog start-up who knows what it takes to get there. We're an all-hands-on-deck team who truly lives by the "there are no bad ideas..." way of thinking (cheeeze). We love what we do, we rib each other incessantly, and we manage to stay realllly busy.
The Requirements
Strong print and digital background (nope, it's never going to die)
Social media graphics experience
Video/animation skills a big plus
Know your Adobe CS tools inside out and in your sleep
Strong written and visual communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated capability to execute and lead projects as needed
Cultural fit with our small, but tight team – we're easy going, quirky, and we know how to make (& take) a joke
A drive to excel, a strong sense of pride in what you deliver, and a belief that good enough is never good enough
Have a Kick Ass Portfolio and be able to tell us what your role was in your best work
The Details
Hybrid WFH schedule – WFH permitted Mondays and Fridays
Salary based on experience
Standard holiday calendar + 10 days/year vacation/PTO (after 90 days)
