UI/UX Designer(salary+free to freelance)

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces for digital products, as well as experience creating graphics for printed materials and presentations. Our company is focused on InsureTech projects, specifically in the areas of crop and livestock insurance, agricultural risk management, market analysis dashboards, and various agricultural policy consulting projects.

This is a full-time salaried position, with the added flexibility to take up to 25 hours per week leave to pursue your own freelance projects.

Responsibilities:

·       Design and implement user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications

·       Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions

·       Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas

·       Design graphics and layouts for printed materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters

·       Create visually compelling presentations using tools such as PowerPoint or Keynote

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers

Qualifications:

·       Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design and graphic design work

·       Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.

·       Understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to conduct user research

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Bonus: experience in creating animations, illustrations, and/or branding.
