Senior Graphic Designer

Lincoln Property Company Commercial Services is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its Boston-based Marketing team. This individual will provide graphic design and marketing execution leadership and reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing. Must have strong knowledge of fundamental graphic design principles and a well-honed eye for compelling design. Role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible approach, positive and friendly personality and ability to work well in a cross-functional environment. The position is based out of the LPC corporate office in Boston with potential for workplace flexibility on a predetermined schedule.

Qualifications

Experience Required

·        5-7 years design experience using Adobe Creative Suite; Specialized training in design software

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·        Ability to design within branding standards

·        Ability to multitask, manage simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

·        Efficient workflow, and ability to start and finish projects on a quick turnaround

·        Experience with high-end graphics, marketing, or production environment and/or real estate background a plus

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience

Computer Skills

·        Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premier, After Effects); Emphasis on the use of InDesign & Illustrator

·        Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word

Job Summary

This position will be responsible for the design and development of materials to support business development for the Boston commercial real estate teams, with emphasis on proposals and presentations, market research reports, print and digital collateral required for new developments, leasing collateral, signage, invitations, and tenant events.

The role is a hybrid position, working alongside the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Junior Graphic Designer

Main Responsibilities

·        Create, design, and edit materials to include, but not limited to; print and interactive collateral such as proposals, leasing brochures, market reports, specialty research reports, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, infographics, floor plans, social media posts

·        Manage graphic design projects from concept to delivery; refine drafts and generate creative concepts

·        Manage complex projects from start to finish

·        Provide design advice and guidance to junior design team

·        Keep informed on design software and marketing/design trends both inside and outside of the real estate industry and apply new concepts and presentations to our business

·        Other duties as assigned
