Sr. Product Designer (Remote - US)

At TixTrack, we deliver world-class ticketing solutions. We combine modern technology, beautifully simple design, and the art of listening to create ticketing software that is easy to use but extremely powerful.

We are a small but growing company and anticipate robust growth in 2022-23. TixTrack HQ is in Los Angeles with a presence across the US, including NYC and international markets including the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

Job Summary

The Sr. Product Designer collaborates with founders, product managers, engineers, and customers to design simple, user-friendly, and beautiful designs for the Nliven Subscriptions & Payment Plans. This position reports directly to the Sr. Product & Integration Manager (Nliven Subscription Solution).

This position is full-time and fully remote.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.

  • Design elegant flows and experience across multiple media.

  • Design gorgeous, user-centered experiences across our platforms.

  • Lead product design through active design sessions, work review, and feedback.

  • Ensure that final design proposals meet the objectives of the user experience and fit with the overall brand.

  • Help shape the product strategy and vision.

  • Partner with product management and engineering to design and build new features and user flows with a strong focus on speed and results.

  • Help instill market-leading design concepts across the product life cycle including research, sketches, wireframe, and visual design.

  • Maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure clarity of the design principles and specifications that should be used by the agile sprint teams

  • Oversee and aid in conducting testing designs with end-users (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate testing, etc.)

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Three or more years of proven product design, UI/UX design, or similar experience.

  • Experience and/or interest in the live entertainment industry is strongly preferred.

  • Worked on product design end-to-end for successful products.

  • Organized and consistently advocates for design methodologies and processes.

  • Experience creating highly intuitive and beautiful user interfaces across a variety of environments (web apps, dashboards, e-commerce, mobile etc.)

  • A passion for solving complex problems while owning all aspects of the design (user experience, visual & interaction design).

  • Excellent design skills using tools like Figma.

  • Experience designing re-usable web component libraries for front end frameworks like React, Vue or Angular.

  • Keen understanding of color theory, web typography, and user psychology.

  • An online portfolio with an outstanding body of work that demonstrates experience designing intuitive web-based interfaces.

  • Ability to code HTML/CSS/SASS/LESS preferred.

  • Experience designing for e-commerce, enterprise software or mobile apps preferred.
