We are looking for a Senior Product Designer that can help us build the entire user journey of what we are calling “Healing Journeys”. A set of highly personalized journeys that guide a client through a specific healing path. The journeys are constantly evolving to meet the current needs of a client through subjective feedback, wearable data, clinical engagements and predictive AI.

About you:

• You are excited about contributing to the space of mental health and digital therapeutics.

• You don't mind ambiguity and complexity. We are solving problems that haven't really been tackled before so that is expected.

• You can (& love) to interact with customers & clients across the world to help do usability testing and understand how clients are interacting with the software.

• You have a strong ability to communicate and collaborate well with a cross-functional team by expressing your ideas clearly and supporting solutions with customer validation.

• Your honesty and willingness to accept and respond to feedback are critical.

• You believe in the power of simple but powerful user experience and the power it has on adoption of technology solutions.

In this role you will:

• Define the interaction and interface for the features.

• Work closely with Psychologists (and other experts & specialists in the healthcare field) and engineering teams alike to help bring the best solution to the clients.

• Work closely to translate therapeutic workflows and user journeys into clickable prototypes to be tested by users.

• Quickly and thoughtfully incorporate team feedback into designs.

• Maintain, update, and improve the existing design system and component library.

Ideal skills and experience

• Experience in B2C or Healthcare space.

• Design experience building mobile Apps

• Experience with design and prototyping tools specifically Figma

• Very good understanding of prototyping & user research.

• Analytical thinking and ability to translate complex interactions into a simple user experiences and flows

• Experience owning the full cycle of a product design process

• Experience working user testing tools like Ballpark and other A/B testing tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Self-driven, autonomous work attitude, but also a collaborative team player

• Highly organized and able to self-schedule tasks to meet the team OKRs and deadlines.

• Gamification experience is a plus.
