- Oversee and actively track timelines, project communications and deliverables for a variety of motion projects
- Help to ensure there is adequate visual conceptualization and direction in scripts provided to video editing and production contractors
- Quality assurance of creative projects
- Find and manage stock video and B-roll, voiceover artists, and sound
- Ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced work environment, and communicate necessary timeline adjustments to the team when needed
- Make recommendations about the company’s video production equipment needs and processes
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 2+ years of motion graphics and graphic design experience
- 2+ years of professional project management experience

- Superior project and time management capabilities within a fast paced, high productivity environment
- The ability to anticipate and effectively communicate and solve practical problems or issues
- Interest or experience in progressive politics
- This position is based in Washington, D.C.
