Senior User Experience Designer
Our small but mighty in-house design department is looking for an experienced and ambitious Digital Designer. In addition to supporting the current website, we’re about to launch into a year-long website re-platform and redesign. We also help manage several partner platforms for digital banking, business banking, and online account opening.
As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be given the opportunity to perform UX for digital experiences as a liaison between Program/Product Managers, IT, 3rd party vendors, and key internal stakeholders. Serve as a thought-leader and consultant for the business and lead all aspects of design and user testing for enhancements and projects that are small, medium or large in size and/or complexity while supporting those functions for large cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives. Assist team with strategy execution. Create and coordinate user test plans. Mentor other designers as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree with 6 years of design/UX experience
or
High School Diploma with 10 years of design/UX experience

Other Preferred Qualifications:
- Possesses an understanding of the internet, web application development and system design

- Experience working in the financial services industry
- Experience with usertesting.com
