Digital Content Producer

Flyshot, Digital Content Producer


As Flyshot’s Content Producer, you will create various forms of digital content to be showcased in the company’s sales collateral and social media channels. 

You are a talented and experienced producer well-versed in all forms of content creation, i.e. graphic design, video production, editing and optimizing for social media platforms. 

We prioritize excellent and speedy design skills for this position. You will be designing, producing and editing high-quality visuals and videos on a daily basis. 


Your responsibilities will include: 

Sales collateral creation:

  • Create visual graphics for the company’s website
  • Redesign the company’s sales presentations
  • Create visuals and infographics for clients case studies immediately after the company completes a successful campaign
  • Be in constant communication with the sales team and executives with regards to updating visuals on sales collateral  


YouTube show production: 

  • Responsible for the production, editing and publishing of daily video content to be comprised in the following two YouTube shows:

“Apps Gone Viral” 

  • This is a sales-focused show that interviews our key customers about their apps and mobile marketing trends. We also feature industry news as well as some of Flyshot’s case studies. 
  • The interviews are conducted by the company’s executives in-person and at our client’s offices. 

“Flyshot, Behind The Scenes” 

  • This follows around the company’s executives and films their life to show what it takes to build a successful technology company from the ground up. This will be a behind-the-scenes reality shows the life of the company’s founders. Following around to meetings, personal conversations and big events, all caught on camera and displayed in short video segments. 
  • Both video shows will require daily editing and filming, however, we can aim to release one episode per week to begin.
  • Cut up content into little pieces and allow for quick sharing on Instagram. 


Work with Executive Assistant to organize filming, interview timetable and executive schedules to produce both the shows.

Qualification

  • Minimum 2+ years of work experience making digital content (video and interactive content preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
  • College or University graduate (or equivalent experience) in Digital Media, Writing, Communications, etc.
  • Experience and knowledge of digital media
  • Excellent ability to craft messages and content for target audience being mobile and digital  marketing executives 
  • Working knowledge of online production processes
  • Motivated, with the ability to work independently and productively in highly collaborative teams
  • Demonstrated flexibility with work assignments, with the ability to work efficiently, establish priorities, and work effectively under pressure to meet tight and shifting timelines
  • Proven self-starter with excellent interpersonal, time management and people management skills
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and client service skills
  • Adept at handling constructive criticism and executing on required changes

 

This is a full-time salaried position. Performance bonus included.

About Founder

Flyshot was formed when Tanya Sardana was still a Director of Communications at Globalive Capital during the blockchain technology boom. As both a marketer and a technologist, she was drawn to one of blockchain's key solutions for social content monetization for creators and proving clear value for advertisers. After realizing a solution with real blockchain technology was still 5-7 years down the line, she began to think of how to solve this problem today, i.e. provide advertisers with revenue-focused transaction analytics driven by their chosen content creators at scale. Mobile technology was the solution and having launched 2 apps before while a student at McGill university, where one was sold to a U.S competitor, she worked to conceptualize Flyshot.
