WellSky is looking for an exceptional Senior UX Designer to lead the design of a whole new platform for using real-time data to improve healthcare outcomes for millions of patients.

This is a unique opportunity to join a new multidisciplinary team of creative and passionate individuals destined to change the face of post-acute healthcare, an $200B+ industry that cares for millions of patients after they leave the hospital. We work on high impact projects utilizing predictive analytics and machine learning to improve patient care. As the first design hire on our team, the ideal candidate will have the skills and willingness to be involved in each stage of the product development process, from working with customers and product leaders to create high-fidelity mockups to helping our team turn these into working software. They will be empathetic, enthusiastic and passionate about getting their work out into the world, as well as interested in continuing to iteratively learn and test their solutions with users.
