position summary

As Creative Director, Experience Design you’ll translate brand strategies, communications plans and campaigns into memorable and engaging digital experiences that drive desire, build awareness, inform decisions and deepen relationships. In this role you will be working closely with clients and partnering with our talented team of strategists, designers, writers and technologists.

ideal candidate profile

  • An extraordinary portfolio of work across all digital touchpoints
  • 12+ year’s experience creating, planning and architecting web and mobile user experiences
  • 3+ year’s experience as a creative director in an agency environment
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills
  • Cross-channel knowledge and dexterity in creating user-centric digital experiences, UX research, prototyping, and testing
  • Experience in both the leadership and hands-on design process.
  • Extensive experience pitching new business as well as managing and mentoring teams
  • Fluency in user-centric design and usability principles and testing
  • A deep understanding of the technologies that run websites and mobile applications; including web, search, and social media analytics
  • The ability to oversee development documentation including; features and functionality specs and wireframe annotations
