UX Designer

Do you dream in a sea of wireframes? Is your mission to make user journeys smooth sailing? Sounds like you could be the captain of our client's ship ...or rather, the UX Designer, that Vitamin T is looking for to help our clients with their upcoming needs. We’re looking for a rockstar UXer who can work cross-functionally with the designers, strategists and developers of their crew to create a solid end-to-end experience for our client’s audience. The ideal candidate will be more than comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting hands-on but is also a motivated leader who loves staying on top of industry trends.  

Responsibilities

• Builds and delivers consistent high-quality design artifacts including wireframes, concept sketches, pixel-perfect design comps, presentations, and documentation
• Works cross-functionally with other designers to ensure quality and consistency of work
• Works on self-development to ensure relevance in an evolving digital landscape
• Stays on top of digital trends, emerging technologies, and new tools to continually improve the teams' position as experts in usability
• Advocates for usability and interface design
• Works with a team of Designers and Developers to deliver projects in a timely and efficient manner
• Supports the tactical direction and holistic design work output and deliverables associated with assigned projects

Requirements 

• Conduct concept testing, develop personas based on desired end-user audiences and perform task/user analysis
• Perform or utilize qualitative and quantitative research to create compelling online experiences that generate business results
• Plan and execute strategies that drive final interactive product development
• Create prototypes that illustrate the proposed navigation design and information hierarchy
