UI 2D Motion Designer (Remote Option)

Responsibilities
- Participate in visioning and concepting exercises; sketch and demonstrate interaction models, design interaction systems and solutions in and around the vehicle (includes digital and physical, connectivity, intelligent systems, and mobility)
- Contribute to overall experience strategy and vision, develop scenarios, interaction models, user flows and wire-frames
- Contribute to tools, processes, best practices and templates/frameworks for interaction design community and UX team
- Deliver high-quality interaction models, concepts and designs
- Share trends, strategic perspectives, concepts with the Global UX team and key work partners to further develop consumer-centered strategies that align with the client’s vision, goals, vehicles, services and markets
Qualifications
- Ability to work cross functionally with teams and communicate effectively
- Out of the box thinker/creator
- Knowledge of applicable software and animation tools
- Ability to write, sketch, copy and manage a wide variety of content
- Exhibit passion for emerging technologies, product design, and perfection in visual design
- Can use visual design as a language and explain what the design elements are meant to communicate
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross functional design and development teams
- Well organized and passionate, with strong analytical skills and great attention to detail
- Strong software skills in latest versions of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Invision, Sketch, Principle and creating concepts and wire-frames
