Who we are?

6nomads  —  a new kind of recruitment service focusing on remote tech companies. We added a pinch of agile technology to recruitment to make it less frustrating for both sides. Now we run "Hiring sprints": every 2 weeks we select 6 great candidates and match them with tech companies with relevant remote vacancies. Companies have only 2 weeks to interview, choose and hire talents. Within this short period of time engineers and designers receive up to 5 offers from tech startups instead of wasting time on irrelevant communication with recruiters. Our aim is to create a sustainable platform for remote job search where pre-vetted talents and companies will meet each other and build the future together.

Who are we looking for? 

A Product Designer for a remote friendly startup with a talented team working on a visually beautiful and useful product — the app for finding great workspace wherever you need it.

We need a designer with UI / UX skills who understands what early-stage startup success looks like and who wants to play an important role in the project. But here we add a few more requirements to look serious:

○ 5+ years of design experience

○ 3+ years working on consumer apps

○ 1+ years working on mobile apps

You must be able:

○ to work within 3-hour timezone of San Francisco

○ to read, write and understand English at a high level

Nice to have:

○ a nice looking, recently maintained personal website with portfolio or blog

Salary:

○ up to $100 K
