About Greenely
Greenely is a mobile service developed at the Royal Insitute of Technology in Stockholm and that automatically connects households' electricity use without the need for hardware. By combining data analysis and behavioral science applied to household consumption patterns, the service helps households to optimize their energy use and guide them to a more sustainable energy home. Over 50 000 households have already connected their electricity use since the launch in 2017 and the company is now growing at a rapid pace.
Greenely has recently released its first premium offer where users can also buy electricity directly via Greenely. Additional premium offers in the app will be released shortly.
Description of the role
As a UX designer at Greenely, you will work with:
- User research, customer journey mapping and developing personas
- Developing wireframes and interactive prototypes for iOS and Android
- Developing new data-driven ideas and concepts and presenting them to the team
- Responsible for Greenely's mobile user experience
- Responsible for quality assurance and user testing ahead of product releases
- Setting up user tests to draw conclusions about new releases
- Continuously analyzing Greenely's data to increase conversion to Greenely's subscription services
- Setting up and following KPIs with analysis tools (eg Mixpanel)
- Develop Greenely's graphic profile and take part of the branding work
- Help to produce texts for the app, website and possibly. Marketing materials
You will work closely with the company's founders, support personnel, developers and marketers and be responsible for the experience for our premium customers. Furthermore, you will continuously work to increase the conversion to premium customers. The work includes everything from making ready-made mockups to analyzing user data and drawing conclusions.
Qualifications
- We are looking for someone who has 2-5 years of experience in intuitive UX design for mobile products who want to thrive in an agile development environment
- Experience of work in development teams and have good technical understanding
- Knowledge about standards and patterns for resp. mobile platform (iOS and Android)
- Good experience working in the different prototype tools such as Sketch, Marvel, Axure, Zeplin, Framer or equivalent
- Experience of work in analysis tools such as Mixpanel, Adjust, GA, Amplitude or equivalent
- You have a good feeling for composition, color, shape and typography
- You are updated with the latest trends in UX
It’s a merit if you have experience in programming, sales, work with subscription services and/or branding.
