Description

We’re looking for a seasoned Product Designer who is highly experienced with user-centered mobile design and creating UX deliverables and artifacts using Sketch or Figma.  You’ll employ the Jobs To Be Done framework and collaborate closely with our team and client partners to envision and build exceptional mobile products. You’ll be involved in the full product design and development process—leading product integrity from conception, through development, and on to launch and look back.

Your Experience

• 3+ years designing mobile apps/products
• User-centered, empathy-minded knowledge of user-centric design principles
• Hands-on experience with product building methodologies like Design Personas, Customer Journey Maps, Jobs To Be Done, Job Stories, etc
• Knowledge of Apple HIG and Google UX Playbooks
• Expertise with Sketch and Figma
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (design sprints)
• Leading the product design process and taking responsibility for your decisions

Your Duty

• Own the product design process for the products that we build for our client partners
• Research, develop and validate wireframes and prototype user flows, with input from client partners and developers
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the highest product quality at all times
• Communicate progress and set and manage expectations
• Deliver UX designs with accurate specs and assets
• Learn, iterate and evolve
