Job description

We are expanding our design team and are now looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join us at our Oslo HQ. You will be working in a cross-functional team of designers and developers building next-generation digital products. You will have the opportunity to work with both client projects and our own ventures. And when you get an idea for a cool new product, you will be able to get the resources to try it out.

You love crafting simple and understandable user journeys. You have constant insight cravings and are good at researching user needs. You know how creating products require uniting business goals with user needs. You understand when to use Sketch, Pixate, Invision, Keynote, React Native or pen and paper. You facilitate design workshops and enjoy conveying big ideas in front of people.

• You have created great customer journeys for demanding clients
• You are obsessive about frictionless user experiences
• You are constantly looking for ways to get rid of unnecessary input fields, taps and clicks
• You are good at identifying customer needs through research, conversations and interviews
• You are verbally strong and enjoy presenting in front of others
• You are well aware of human interface guidelines on a variety of platforms
• A strong visual and conceptual mindset
• A passion and empathy for the end user
• A desire to learn new things
• You are used to do user interviews, test sessions and guerilla testing
• You are self-driven and enthusiastic
• You are a creative and open minded individual
• You love people and collaboration
