  • Facilitate internal workshops to uncover and solidify user needs and business requirements.
  • Be able to take a strategic view of our users’ journeys and how to support their workflow across products.
  • Plan and carry out concept- and usability testing using appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, analyze the outcomes, and translate this into actionable insights, personas, and user journeys for appropriate audiences.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the users' motivations and pain points and contribute to the product roadmap with your research-based knowledge.
  • Participate in Design Thinking sessions with other UX members, Product Owners and Engineers.
  • Participate in project reviews; collaborate with the User Experience group in the development of, promotion of, and compliance to, experience design standards.

Your strengths:

  • Always thinking of the user first and approach design from a user point of view, based on actual data. Extensive experience with planning and executing user testing: concept testing; structured interviews; usability testing; observing users; a/b testing; defining user metrics; analyzing qualitative data.
  • The ability to draw from data analytics to uncover behavioral insights and inform design decisions.
  • Ability to integrate information from a variety of sources to form actionable insights, and skilled at telling a clear and compelling story from research findings and other data.

What should you bring:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design or related preferred; or related work experience.
  • At least five years’ experience of designing complex information and workflow products across web and mobile, with at least 1 year in a more senior UX role.
  • A strong (online) portfolio demonstrating experience of creating compelling products and services that meet user needs, product requirements, and business goals.
  • Solid experience creating wireframes, sketching, personas, scenarios and user flows. Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch and Invision.
