Senior UX Product Designer
HundredX is seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to help design customer-centric data products that are intuitive and easy to use. As a UX designer at HundredX you’ll partner with business units across HundredX to establish cohesive design patterns for our client portal, dashboards, and marketing collateral. You’ll conduct user-research to continuously iterate and improve our products, turning all of our client touchpoints into a single-threaded experience. The ideal candidate will be strong in both UX and visual design and have a portfolio of work demonstrating customer-centric design.

Partner with product, strategy, insights, and engineering to design and build the new HundredX Client Portal
Create user scenarios that communicate primary user flows and tasks. Audit key customer journeys to gain expertise in the end-to-end experience
Design seamless, customer-centric experiences in our dashboards and in our portal improving ease of use, discoverability, and data comprehension."
Unify the HundredX voice developing a cohesive visual design language' for the product suite
Re-imagine our product experiences and work with product, marketing and other partners to turn that vision into a reality
Conduct user research to inform iterative design improvements partnering with product to refine requirements
Lead design reviews, and workshops with stakeholders and thoughtfully incorporate team feedback
Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and presentations
Support Marketing and other teams developing marketing/client collateral and external content

A portfolio that demonstrates strength in visual design, wireframing, visual prototyping & interaction design to create seamless user experiences
Who You Are
Proven expertise in the user-centered design process, particularly data productization and data visualization design skills.
Able to distill complex workflows into elegant and simple experiences.
Customer-focused, with experience conducting UX research to turn insights into tangible solutions.
Proficient in communicating user research findings with cross-functional partners to drive impact.
Proficiency designing and prototyping using Figma, other similar tools.
Effective communicator who can articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback.
Experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, B2B SaaS experience is an advantage
Bachelor's Degree in human-computer interaction, interaction design, and information architecture, and or equivalent credentialing or experience that enables you to be a knowledgeable champion of the user's needs as it relates building technical applications and web interfaces.
