Creative Multimedia Specialist

  • Have minimum 2-5 years of creative marketing/social media marketing agency experience 
  • Have knowledge and experience with all disciplines regarding social media (graphic design, content, video creation, account service, client relations, customer service, community engagement, reporting, etc.)

We are currently looking for a Multimedia Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience with designing and managing content for consumer brands on social media. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Be the storyteller for the brands we work with via content and design 
  • Own the full process of content design, from concept to execution and scheduling, utilizing data to drive the content
  • Produce and create images, videos and graphics for use on multiple platforms
  • Manage social media customer service and community engagement 
  • Present recommendations to internal or client groups as needed 
  • Support department head with campaign consultancy, strategic planning & implementation for branded & direct response campaigns 
  • Work with the team to manage campaign timings, delivering all duties to agreed deadlines 
  • Recommend opportunities for campaign optimization based on meeting clients 
  • Monitor data sources for new trends, highlight business opportunities 
  • Provide updates to internal teams on the active campaigns and help to ensure media teams are up-to-date with new opportunities and industry developments 
  • Work with system providers to trouble-shoot any issues that may arise 
  • Meeting with and testing new platforms and technologies that can be used to manage social campaigns and help drive further value for the client 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects and InDesign. Must be familiar with the Mac interface. 
  • Creative problem solver and troubleshooter 
  • Incredible attention to detail, yet highly imaginative and creative 
  • Ability to be flexible in organizational approach 
  • Self-starter mindset, able to work under minimal direction 
  • Extensive knowledge of transcoding/proxies/codecs and ability to troubleshoot issues that can arise on the technical side of post-production 
  • Skilled understanding in the organization related to data and projects 
  • Social Media experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and YouTube, as well as messaging apps in a professional capacity preferred, especially for paid social media is a PLUS 
  • Additional preferred experience with video editing and animation.
