Senior UX Designer
We are looking for an experienced UX designer who brings the skill and passion to design the next generation of tools for people who want to live well with their chronic disease. You will help us refine MyTherapy, our app that already today helps millions of users to safely and responsibly take their medication and manage their treatment. With >1 million users, MyTherapy is one of Europe’s leading digital health offerings.
As member of our scrum team you'll be responsible from initial sketches to development-ready specs. You will ground your work on plenty of user insight and validate your designs in regular user tests. Your goal: Making MyTherapy even more intuitive and useful for millions of patients around the world.
As part of our team your tasks will include:
- Development of the product vision of MyTherapy
- Creating interaction design (IxD) concepts for mobile platforms (iOS & Android) and web apps
- Creating excellent, consistent user interface designs (UI)
- Creating agile design specifications for cooperation with the developer team
- Collaborating with programmers in the Scrum team
- Preparing and executing usability tests
- Helping us to improve and extend our multi-platform design system
We would like to welcome you as part of our team if you…
- have a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or diploma in design (or similar) with relevant practical experience
- have >4 years of experience in the field of interaction design
- have strong experience in using common design and prototyping programs (Sketch, Framer, Abstract, InVision, Adobe CC, Axure etc.)
- have strong sense of accountability
- bring basic knowledge in web programming (preferred)
- enjoy working in a strong and international team
- enjoy innovating around tools and process
- like to take a senior role in our design team, including a culture of regular reviews and feedback as well as coaching of junior team members
- are fluent in both written and spoken English (our company language)
