We are seeking a Design Lead to own the entire design of our products and branding of our company externally. As our first design hire, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our thinking and approach to design.
Where we need help:
- With the product: Leveling up our product design. We face the challenge of building a product that scales to increasingly complex needs while maintaining clarity and simplicity for our users. We’re looking for someone to develop solutions to those problems and deliver hifi designs for our engineering team to work off of.
- With the organization: As our first design hire, you’ll establish our design processes, practices, and guidelines. You’ll support our client growth and customer support teams by developing marketing materials and dictating how Ride Health is presented when communicating externally.
- With the culture: We’re a small and rapidly growing organization. We’re eager to add team members who can not only tackle our problems but can coach us on how to tackle these problems ourselves.
