We are looking for a product designer to help us design the experience that truly impacts people's financial lives. You'll be working directly with our founders.

=== WHAT YOU'LL DO ===

- UI and interaction design for our mobile and web products, both internal and user-facing products

- Prototype designs and interactions for presentation to stakeholders and usability testing

- Create, maintain, and enforce a thorough and consistent style guide across the company to improve scalability of product development

- Work alongside dev team on implementation and QA of designs and styleguide

=== WHAT MAKES YOU AWESOME ===

- 3+ years experience in mobile product design

- Experience with agile product development

- 1+ years experience with motion graphics / interaction design

- Skilled at communicating design decisions to stakeholders

- A portfolio demonstrating a history of quality product design

- UX skills are a major plus
