THE ROLE

As a Senior UI Developer, you will be responsible for building growth marketing tools and web presence from the ground up. You’d work on a variety of projects centered around growing our customer base including building our website, web portals and apps that demonstrate our machine vision capabilities, and even innovative technology that allows us to programmatically find, target and reach new customers. Xnor's front-end stack uses Gatsby.js, Netlify and Contentful. Ideally, you value experimentation, dare to try new things, and strive to continuously improve. We value team members who can quickly prototype; and then iterate all the way to high-quality implementations.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and maintain our customer facing website (core site, landing page, blog, resources) and digital acquisition tools (web portals, customer growth platforms, etc.)
• Integrate with restful APIs to ensure Xnor's ability to seamlessly integrate third-party and homegrown tools
• Set engineering standards for our front-end to create a customer growth platform which is scalable and maintainable as our team grows

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficient in JavaScript, modular CSS, and HTML
• Experience with web application frameworks such as React, Angular, etc.
• Some GraphQL experience
• High engineering standards -- experience with code reviews, version control, and deeply testing code

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or Java
• Experience with Emotion or other CSS-in-JS libraries
• Experience with development tools like: Webpack, Babel, npm, ESLint
• Experience with CMS systems; preferably Gatsby
• Experience with Google Cloud, AWS, or similar cloud services
• A public portfolio or work samples you can share with us
