Creative Web and UX Designer

Hey Dribbble, I'm starting up a new idea from scratch and Im looking for a designer to work for me on a paid hourly freelance basis to flush it out. Besides a good design eye, you should be willing and able to discuss the project during US daylight hours over chat and phone as needed.
