Graphic Designer

Great opportunity for a creative role in our rapidly growing Jacksonville office.

Under the supervision of the Graphics & Web Manager, the Graphic Designer is responsible for working with the Creative, Sales, and Product Development teams on various graphic projects including but not limited to packaging, product concepts, marketing collateral and merchandising concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Convert concepts into a graphic reality with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment using Adobe Creative Suite applications
  • Create and manipulate 3D renderings of products and POGs using Solidworks and Keyshot
  • Create packaging from concept to final production including die line creation, following/creation of style guides, renderings, mock-up and pre-press
  • Work with Creative Directors to create product art from sketch/concept to final production
  • Work with Marketing team and Creative Directors on photo shoots including product set up, lighting, photography and photo editing
  • Work closely with Sales Admin & Marketing Manager and VP on all key account presentations including POG and product renderings, mock-ups, presentation boards, packaging and photography
  • Provide support to Sales team including creating sales sheets, literature and completing necessary image requests required by customers/vendors
  • Work with Marketing and Creative Directors on advertisements including design, layout photography and ad submission
  • Create graphic elements for brand newsletters, e-blast, social media, apps and websites
  • Support Tradeshow and other events, including creation of signage, literature, photography, product art and advertisements
  • Communicate progress to all cross-functional teams and quickly resolve issues throughout the creative process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or degree with design emphasis a plus
  • 3+ years of experience within the Graphics field
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator in a PC environment
  • Experience with 3D software; Solidworks and Keyshot a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects at once
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Creative thinking and problem solving skills
