UI/UX Designer

YOUR MISSION 

• Be a visionary: Design concepts and define the function, appearance, and user interaction of future product features on our website 
• Be a connector: Conceptualise workflows and validate them with different stakeholders such as our Developers, our Head of Product and the CEO 
• Be a pioneer: Develop new, cutting-edge features from concepts and wireframes through mockups and prototypes

YOUR PROFILE 

• You have already used your profound experience of at least 2 years in web design to create impressive web applications in the past 
• You fully admit to customer-centricity when developing new features and work along the customer journey to identify and understand the needs of our customers 
• You are a proactive team player with a collaborative mindset 
• Self-reflective and transparent communication skills are naturally to you 
• You have acquired excellent skills and knowledge in working with Figma as well as Illustrator, Photoshop and other Adobe tools. Additional experience with Sketch, Invision and Zeplin is a plus 
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
