About the Job Position:

We want a talented Senior Brand Designer to join our creative force. As a member of our design team, you'll be one of the architects of our mission to help build the Wondershare and it’s product’s brand.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and craft beautiful brand experiences that push Wondershare brand identity into the future.
  • Take a leading role in setting the guiding principles for the brand and marketing across all marketing channels.
  • Establish and manage a visual identity (web, emails, campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and social channels) taking into account web best practices and strong brand identity elements.
  • Managing the creative process across multiple project priorities and timelines.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product’s brand positioning and brand message.
  • Work collaboratively with other designers, illustrators, video and motion designers, marketing and product managers across the company.
  • Present work to key stakeholders with the ability to effectively communicate your ideas and defend your decisions.
  • Articulate your designs with a business-driven and brand experience mindset.

Job Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as brand/graphic designer in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in deep brand experience within an internal brand team at a consumer product, technology or entertainment company.
  • Superb portfolio showcasing a breadth of brand design work in the digital world.
  • Passionate about creating meaningful and emotional brand experiences.
  • Strong understanding of design aesthetics and practical implementation in the digital world of web and mobile.
  • Strong communication skills to help sell ideas to our stakeholders and project members.
  • Strategize thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Have an eye for detail, and help nurture consistent style.
  • Have love for brand, identity and marketing design.
  • Strong communication skills to help sell ideas to our stakeholders and project members.
  • Experience with various visual design styles for the website and mobile design.

Great to have:

  • Experience working with International teams.
  • Experience working with technology or a creative agency.
  • Experience with 3d, motion, UX and interactive campaigns.
