We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our customers. Qualified candidates have 2-5 years of experience. Applicants must have an online portfolio for Lola to review.

As a UI/UX Designer at Lola, you'll collaborate with product, engineering and other functions, both internal and external, to gather and understand user requirements to build world class UI/UX. You will extend existing libraries of symbols and components to create design mocks for engineering to execute.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience using these tools:

  • Sketch (expert at using symbols and libraries)

  • Sketch prototyping

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe Indesign

Experience using the following tools are desirable:

  • Invision 

  • Principle

  • Marvel

Skills required for success are:

  • basic html/css

  • creating optimized assets (svg, jpg, png)

  • storyboarding

  • wire-framing

  • ux use case mock flows

  • responsive web design

  • mobile design

Other skills that are a plus:

  • travel industry experience

  • localization/internationalization experience

  • understanding basic programming constructs

  • javascript

Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills (across different audiences), and the desire and ability to self-start and time-manage in a fast-paced environment would set you up for success in this role.
