Who you are: Threds is looking for a graphic designer who shares our values, wants to join our award-winning design team and is eager to help expand both the Threds brand as well as our clients’ brands.
Responsibilities:
Concept and illustrate engaging designs for use in apparel and product decoration.
Visually express creative ideas while maintaining inspiring, on-trend fashion forward designs.
Utilize feedback to generate design revisions in order to achieve client approval.
Communicate with clients in an effective and timely manner to ensure a positive order experience.
Work on small, mid-size and large projects.
Work to understand our clients’ brands, business objectives, consumer and competitive landscapes with the goal of providing insightful apparel design ideas.
Work with our fulfillment team to bring new concepts to the table and further develop and expand both concepts and graphics that are consistent with each individual brand.
Design spec decks and concept designs with minimal direction.
Pre-press responsibilities may include but are not limited to color separations, pre-production file management, digital asset management and maintaining archival systems.

Requirements and Qualifications:
A degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent job experience.
Strong design portfolio, design eye & the ability to work in various styles.
Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work independently, but also collaborate in a team setting.
Strong aptitude in Adobe Suite.
Illustration skills are a plus
Salary and Benefits: Salary is based on experience and education. Health, dental and vision insurance is available to full-time employees after 90 days. Vacation and holiday pay is also available to full-time employees after 90 days.
