As our Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the Design function. You will conduct thorough market research, lead empathy mapping exercises, craft personas and user flows, and scale design operations. You will own the entire design system and design strategy end-to-end. You will work closely with our Product Manager and various stakeholders to accomplish business objectives.
The Product designer will manage both the design system and all high-fidelity specifications for the product. We plan to ship a brand-new version of the product this year, with a new design system, and so there is plenty of scope to work on. This position is critical to the success of the company and requires a creative expert. You will report to the Co-Founder.
Founded in 2016, Sakari is an omni-channel communication platform used by businesses around the world to communicate with their customers. We're growing quickly and plan to add additional channels, integrations and chatbots with AI. We serve thousands of businesses across more than 40 countries, with headquarters based out of San Francisco.

What you’ll do
As the Product Designer, you’ll be responsible for:
· Creating exceptional high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to set the direction for the product design.
· Defining and managing our component layouts / design system in Figma
· Working with the Engineering Team to ensure specifications are met
· Involving trends in user heuristics, hierarchy, color and typography in your visual design strategy.
· Working alongside the Product Manager by taking user stories and forming visual and interaction design requirements.
What you’ll bring
· Proven track record of designing cutting-edge experiences for B2C or B2B SaaS platforms.
· Experience in product-led organizations
· Strong creative and technical problem-solving skills
· Experience with fast growth companies (100%+ YoY growth)
