Product Designer

Contract length: 12 months

Location: based in the UK

The Creative Templates design team are looking for a talented Product Designer (contractor) to join our team to help craft creative that’s meaningful for people and impactful for businesses. We are currently focussed on building creative tools to help advertisers create great video and story ads. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional craftsperson with strong collaboration skills and have experience working in motion design.

Responsibilities:

Identify problems and turn broad hypotheses into engaging experiences to bring real value to people
Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple, elegant and engaging
Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality
Craft high fidelity designs
Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch (and then some)
Drive collaborate with teams in U.S. across time zones

Requirements:

You possess excellent communication skills (you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions
Experience with Visual Design, Interaction Design and Motion Design
Must have a portfolio featuring examples of interaction design work
Plenty of prototyping experience bring concepts to life, able to learn new software quickly.
Experience in building and shipping mobile experiences
Demonstrated experience building polished UI and motion design
Comfortable working in a problem and hypothesis driven team

Minimum Qualification:
