How can you help?
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, empathetic and talented designer to join our small dynamic team (which is backed by an £8bn investment business of highly experienced and talented individuals). We’re in our early stages, but our mission is clear: to create a world where people are free to enjoy their life, not worry about how to pay for it.
We’re developing technology that’ll create a new type of user experience for clients of financial advisers. It’ll also be the key to lowering our costs, helping us bring the benefits of tailored financial advice to more and more people.
What’ll you be doing?
As our first design hire, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our thinking and approach to design as we develop our MVP.
You’ll be working closely with product, tech, brand and marketing to define and execute the user experience at every stage of the customer journey.
We’re looking for someone who thinks strategically — and is excited at the prospect of growing a team — but who also enjoys getting stuck into the weeds of practical execution, too.
How do we work?
We work in diverse cross functional teams comprised of developers, designers and product managers. We’re looking for a designer who wants to learn and grow their skills, and is driven to identify customer needs then deliver on them in a seamless way.
A good understanding of user experience flows and prior experience with a variety of tools such as Sketch, HTML, CSS is desired — while a broader knowledge and experience of offline design would be a nice to have.
