Who is Avail?

Avail is a Chicago-based startup that helps make renting easy for DIY landlords and their tenants. More than 100,000 landlords and 250,000 tenants use our platform today in 17,000 zip codes across the United States.

For centuries, do-it-yourself landlords haven’t had access to the same tools and resources as large property management companies. We’ve changed that, and Avail is now the fastest growing software platform used by independent, non-professional landlords. Landlords use our platform to find tenants, screen them with online applications, create digital leases and collect rent. Tenants love our platform too, because it helps them do everything online. We’re bringing integrity, transparency and efficiency to this huge market.
