Mid / Senior Product Designer (UI / UX)

Origin’s software has transformed the debt capital markets, completely streamlining the way companies and investment banks work together to raise capital. Having launched just over 6 years ago, Origin is now used by over 20 investment banks and over 90 borrowers in over 50 cities worldwide. Our clients include some of the largest investment banks and borrowers globally, including Barclays, Citi, and Telefonica. We are backed by Clearstream, the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and a number of prominent angel investors.

Our culture has helped us succeed where others have failed, in an industry that is famously resistant to change. We are a group of self-starters who are brave enough to take risks, and humble enough to learn from our mistakes. We know that our whole is greater than the sum of our parts, and we’re looking for like-minded individuals to join our team.

The Team

The company is small, collaborative, and diverse. We have seen tremendous growth over the past couple of years, and now support clients across all 6 major continents. You will work hand in hand with the product, engineering and business development teams.

The Role

Your primary responsibility will be to understand the nuanced customer requirements and translate those into an outstanding user experience via well thought out user journeys and designs. You will lead the whole design process for one of Origin’s Products. You will be equally comfortable meeting clients as well working autonomously looking at platform usage stats to improve user flows or researching best design practices.
