Web Developer, Marketing

Our team is looking for a web developer to join our marketing team and help build & optimize our digital marketing presence. We expect someone who can both create beautiful webpages and obsess over user conversion.
What we're looking for on your CV:
- Experience building websites with React
- Understanding of SEO, and a data-driven approach to user conversion.
- A track record of building functional, beautiful websites.
- Strong communication skills and previous experience working with cross-functional teams.
- A strong willingness to learn new skills, and previous examples of this initiative.
Nice to have:
- Previous usage of javascript, particularly animation libraries
- A strong understanding of integrations with third party software
- Experience using Figma
- A previous start-up track record or hands-on experience with a large product so you have a clear understanding of what you’re getting in to
Success Metrics
- You will have established yourself as a "go to" person on our public facing websites with the first 3 months
- You will have defined, adjusted, or reaffirmed technical direction on SEO and user conversion for our webpages
- You'll have delivered several key products, systems, or features on time within your first year.
- You'll be a recognizable and enjoyable member of the team to work with.
